LeQuince McCall was raised in San Antonio, Texas like fellow teammates Joe Korbel and Joe Pawelek. However, LeQuince McCall attended Ronald Regan High School where he stood out on the football field. As a team leader both in records and as starter, LeQuince McCall saw plenty of action over several years on the high school football team and he was ready for the next level after graduating in 2009.
LeQuince McCall fielded offers from just two schools, the Baylor Bears and UTEP. He felt the Baylor Bears would be a better pick so he headed there in fall 2009.
