Kelvin Palmer hails from Dallas, Texas. He attended W.H. Adamson High School and made a name for himself due to his huge size. At 6'5" and 285 pounds, Kelvin Palmer was a strong defensive force. He saw lots of playing time especially during his junior and senior years and was a solid starter.
At the college level, Kelvin Palmer selected the Baylor Bears officially in his senior year of high school. He is slated to see some playing time if he chooses not to redshirt.
