Jordan Hearvey was born on April 13, 1987 and grew up in Richardson, Texas. He played high school football for the Richardson team and had 45 pancake blocks his senior year. He earned first-team all-city and all-district honors.
In 2005 he redshirted. In 2006 he dressed for 7 games but saw no action. In 2007, Jordan Hearvey played in 9 games and earned his first varsity letter. He even started 6 games and particpated in 60 or more snaps. By 2008 Jordan Hearvey played in 7 games but the season was plagued with injury. He had knee strain and later tore his ACL ending the season before the final 4 games were played.
