Number 28, Caleb McEachern, was raised in Midlothian, Texas. Like fellow Baylor Bears teammate Bryce Petty, Caleb McEachern graduated from Midlothian High School.
During his years at Midlothian High School, Caleb McEachern improved his runningback skills. He especially made improvements his senior year where he had an average of 5.93 yards per carry and accumulated 1222 rushing yard. Additionally, Caleb McEachern had 9.76 yards per catch and 38 receptions.
Though Caleb McEachern is relatively short, his speed makes up for it on the field. He didn't see playing time during the 2008-2009 Baylor Bears season because he redshirted. But he'll be back in 2009 to see how his skills match up with college level play.
